Managed Wireless Service (MWS)
The Managed Wireless Service allows for the delivery of wireless networks centrally to the collegiate University. MWS provides the ability to on-board and configure compatible access points (Juniper Mist) to deliver wireless networks (including OWL and eduroam) whilst conforming to best practices and standards. In addition, enhanced support from a team of wireless experts for troubleshooting, design consultation as well as providing access to the Mist Portal to allow ITSS to monitor and troubleshoot devices on the wireless network.
MWS replaces the now obsolete COWLS Service
