IT Services - Service catalogue

delivered by

Software licensing

Our Software Licensing service offers discounted and site-licensed software packages for university units and members. The comprehensive catalogue provides general availability for each software product, with your personal entitlement verified through your University Card status upon purchase from the IT Services Shop. This list encompasses all centrally funded software available throughout the University. If a software you need is not listed, you may need to request it from your department, college, or consider self-funding the product. For any new cloud-based software, a third-party security assessment is required. Should you know of any software that should be included in our catalogue, please contact us at Software Licensing. Download links might have restricted access, with ITSS indicating links reserved for registered IT Staff. For detailed instructions on acquiring software, refer to the 'How to Get Software' table. If it's not listed there, consult your department or Central Purchasing. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to support your academic and administrative needs efficiently and securely.
