University of Oxford’s tool for reporting and investigating health and safety, or environmental incidents. The University uses an online Incident Reporting and Investigation System (IRIS) which will allows for a swift, managed response to any health and safety, or environmental incidents, allowing the University to comply with its legal and moral requirements to its staff, students and visitors.
