The Training Management Development service includes

• CoSy: a comprehensive set of tools designed to facilitate training management at Oxford. It encompasses a third-party system known as accessplanit course management tool, along with various other tools for course signposting and evaluation. CoSy is intended for use by training providers throughout the University who are involved in offering non-matriculated and supplementary courses.

• Training data: a self-service reporting suite providing authorised staff access to the University's training data for bespoke analysis and reporting

• Training course management bureau service: for groups who want to outsource the management of their delegates learning activities such as elearning.

• Instructional design: a service available to departments and projects which creates digital learning experiences, including bite-size videos, eLearning packages, software simulations and training. (see under IT Consultancy)

• CoSy support and training: a service for groups who use CoSy to manage and administer their courses.
