Display Screen Equipment Self-Assessment System (DSE)
To help staff meet Display Screen Equipment (DSE) regulations, IT Services offers a user-friendly self-assessment system—Cardinus Healthy Working—where individuals can evaluate their workstation setup, access tailored eLearning, receive real-time feedback, and get support for musculoskeletal health. Departmental Assessors follow up on any issues, and the Occupational Health Team step in for risks needing further intervention. Links to both the current staff service and the new service (currently undergoing a phased rollout) are available on this page. Please note: the link to the legacy service will be removed in December 2025, once the new service has been fully implemented for all staff.
